Process Gauge - Series 500

The 500 Series stainless steel case gauges are designed to withstand the rigors of severe duty because of their corrosion resistance and strength. They can be liquid-filled to further enhance their ability to withstand corrosion, shock, and severe vibration.

  • Dial Size: 1.5", 2.5", and 4"
  • Case:304 stainless steel with blowout grommet.
  • Ring: 304 stainless steel attached bayonet style.
  • Dial: Aluminum, white finished with black markings.
  • Window: Glass standard; acrylic or shatter proof glass available.
  • Ranges: See Table VII of Model Selection Chart - Gauges; Not all ranges available
  • Pointer: Aluminum, black finish.
  • Movement: Brass or 300 series stainless steel.
  • Bourdon tube: Phosphor Bronze
  • Accuracy: 1% FS dry; 2% FS liquid filled.
  • Connections: 1/4" or 1/2" NPT, LM or CBM
